Pre-Validated Aptamers for Beta Testing

Our most recently selected aptamers are validated for their dissociation constant (Kd) by in vitro binding assay and listed here. Aptamers that have additional assay data are available from our easy-to-order, online webcart:

All aptamers are available for general research use – we are also seeking research partners for joint publication and "beta-testing" of these reagents in proof of principle experiments.  Many of our aptamers are also available for commercialization in specific products if desired. To discuss your interest in any of our aptamers or to ask about others that may be available please contact us

Credit cards accepted.

Some aptamers have been selected with proprietary modified bases to improve binding characteristics, the modified library is indicated in the Aptamer Type column
